The project is located in a privileged position with a fantastic 180° panoramic view over the valley and the lake of Lugano.
The entire façade is designed to create a direct connection between inside and outside: many irregular windows frame panoramic views making them appear as real paintings.
Anthracite finished concrete for the exterior which contrasts the surrounding greenery.
The interior follows the linear minimalist design of the façade, with wood insertions and imported stones that make the environment warmer and more comfortable.
The heart of the house is a box fully covered with wood panels overhanging the living area. It contains a small private music room specially designed to ensure maximum acoustic performance.
Special attention was given to technology and plant design: the house is provided with the most advanced home automation systems.
