A family house in a prestigious residential area above the town of Lugano; it was renovated and expanded by about 50 m2 on the ground floor, made of wood framing.
The living area opens out to a large private garden with swimming pool that ensures maximum privacy from the surrounding buildings. All doors and windows have been studied to create great connection between inside and outside: a large pocket sliding door of approx. 3.5 m opens the dining area to the outside terrace and a floor-level strip window brings the outside green inside the room; a modern bow-window totally lined in wood provides a cozy corner with view to the garden.
