In a quite complex urban context, the design project wanted to create elegant, flexible and fluid buildings with common areas that would invite the sharing of experiences.
To better integrate with the neighborhood the ground floor is transparent, permeable also for those who walk outside on the road. A roof garden opened to the public is like a square connecting to the nearby lake and an interesting leisure area surrounded by shops and small boutiques.
The terraces allow interaction with the urban reality taking advantage of the privacy guaranteed by parapets and plants, small private oases of peace some of which with lake view.
