Le Provencal, in Juan les Pins, Cap d’Antibes, inaugurated in 1927, is known for being the most important and prestigious Luxury Hotel in Cote d’Azur starting from the thirties until its final closure in the seventies. Acquired in 2008 by the British family Dennis, Le Provencal has found new life as luxury residence thanks to a project by LPA of Milan, with which we have had for years a fruitful collaboration. The intervention affected the whole property: 60 apartments between 80 and 700 m2, with top finishes and high quality details. The art deco style was strictly maintained to evoke the original dome of the Le Provencal entrance hall.
